Consultation:
At the consultation, Nick will ask about your current exercise patterns, your goals, as well as your past injuries and areas of concern.
Fitness Assessment:
Postural analysis, movement tests, range of motion testing, body fat analysis (BMI and waist girt). Cardiovascular, strength and endurance tests.
Training:
After proper assessment, Nick will create a personalized program using varying styles and training methods for you’re present fitness level and objectives, all while working our way to a fitness goal.
Stretching:
Latest studies show that there are stretches that can harm you. We focus on dynamic stretches to keep muscles active and in movement. Tools like the foam roller are also used for self massage to relax muscles and take out the knots.
Nutrition:
A healthy lifestyle encompasses exercise and nutrition. Nick will evaluate your eating habits, and educate you on portion control, calorie intake, and teach you how to make the right food choices.
