Nick’s Boxing-kickboxing program provides safe and positive training to explore the sport of boxing and kickboxing. Clients who chose to can incorporate the program with their own goals; it may be to get into better shape with no desire to get into the ring and for some just to relieve some stress from that hard day at the office. The program offers an exceptional cardiovascular workout with technique in all areas of boxing-kickboxing grounding, offence, defence, footwork and strategy.
