First I’d like to say that having Nick as a trainer is a blessing! I started working out with him before I got pregnant and I was melting away but when I got pregnant that didn’t stop Nick from training me. In a nutshell I had twins 7 years ago I gained 85lbs. For my second pregnancy I gained 65lb and this pregnancy gained only 18lbs! Wow I know!!!!! Well their is no secret no miracle potion! It’s called training training training and making it part of your life the benefits in training pregnant are unbelievable I haven’t swelled up I have great energy no nausea and feel amazing! Nick thank you for training me pregnant all i can say is if your planning to get pregnant or if you are pregnant training with Nick should be as normal as taking a multivitamin everyday trust me it will change your life!!!!

Having Nick Drossos as my personal trainer has been a great experience, he is full of positive energy and motivates me to train my hardest. The TRX training with Nick Drossos is really very intense, however, anybody who wants to try can most certainly do it. He really makes me love to exercise and this weekly training really helps me stay focused and motivated. I feel stronger and better than ever and I love training in small groups. I am certain that with continuing to train with Nick, I will reach all my fitness goals.
