In a little over 6 months I lost 31 pounds, lowered my cholesterol and my blood pressure and went from a pant size of 36 to 32. I have never felt better. Nick has taught me to make much better decisions with my eating habits and he has helped me take much better care of my health. Nick is very good at motivating me and teaching me new exercises. My main reason for always giving up on training in the past was that I found it boring and repetitive. Nick changes it up all the time and he makes me enjoy and look forward to working out. It is almost like I am addicted to it.

It is a truly a great feeling when I see people that I have lost touch with and they ask me what I have done to lose so much.

Nick was very patient and he listened to what I wanted to achieve and he helped me set goals and it all worked out exactly as he told me it would.

Working out for us has always been a chore and we were never able to keep it up. Something always was more important to do then going to the gym. Then, Nick came into our lives… His mix of training tools including kickboxing, kettle bells, weights, TRX and resistant bands, NEVER makes any work out boring! Each session with Nick is different and he motivates us to our full potential… (Even when we yell at him!). He is a great guy that truly cares about his clients and their fitness achievements.

Nick has been giving our 12 year old daughter, Emily, self defense classes with a few of her friends. These sessions have been unbelievable! What he has taught them is so important for teenagers today. All teenage girls need to know how to be safe. He has given them the tools to use and has empowered them to know they can handle a scary situation if they have to.

Nick, we are so happy that you are a part of our lives. Our family has learned so much from you and we will keep on learning each week when you bust our butts! Thank you for always being there and for always keeping us motivated! Your the best!

First I’d like to say that having Nick as a trainer is a blessing! J’ai connu Nick par l’entremise d’une amie qui en est venu à me donner quelques sessions en cadeaux de Noel…le cadeau qui m’a été le plus profitable!!! Suite à mon opération au genou, Nick a su adapter les entrainements selon mes besoins et mes limites. Le cours de boot camp m’a vraiment permis de me remettre de plus en plus en forme et du même coup retrouver les capacités de mon genou.
