The thought of going back to a gym was just not appealing. Been there, done that. I needed something different. Something that took less than an hour, was a complete workout, and got the cardio going. I found it in Nick’s Boot camp classes. I’ve never seen the same routine twice, each session hits every muscle group – especially the core, and I get to benefit from a great trainer who guides me through the process. I highly recommend Nick’s classes. Try one, you won’t be disappointed.
